caremoss.com sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and makes no requests to any third party. There is nothing to consent to, so there is no consent banner. Fonts are served from this site, not a font network. The one exception is the enquiry form below, which you fill in deliberately.
The service status page is the only page that runs a script. It asks this site every minute whether CareMoss is up, and nothing else — the request goes to caremoss.com, not to anyone else, and it sets nothing on your device.
The enquiry form asks for your organisation, your name, a work email address, and optionally a phone number, an approximate size band and a message. We store those details so a person can respond, and we use them for nothing else. We do not sell them and we do not share them with anyone outside CareMoss.
Please don't put anything about a person receiving care into the form — it is for business contact details only, and there is no reason for us to hold anything more at this stage.
Alongside your answers we record the IP address and browser the enquiry came from. That is kept solely to investigate automated abuse of the form, and for nothing else.
We keep an enquiry for as long as the conversation is live, and delete it once it is clear there is no fit. Ask us to delete yours at any time: info@caremoss.com.
If you write to us directly, we hold your email address and what you wrote in our mailbox, use it to reply, and don't share it with anyone else. Ask us to delete the exchange at any time: info@caremoss.com.
Like almost every website, our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, time, and page requested — used only for security monitoring, and rotated routinely.
The CareMoss platform itself processes care records under contract with the care providers who use it; that processing is governed by the agreements those providers hold with us and with the people they support — not by this website notice.
